Formerly the Global Chief Growth Officer at BBH, Tim Harvey founded un-held because he witnessed first hand both the power of independence and the benefits of a holding co within the marketing industry, but no solution that married the two. While at BBH, Tim was responsible for global connectivity across the BBH group, and BBH's connectivity across the Publicis Groupe. Responsible for global growth during his tenure, Tim helped aid BBH's creative and commercial growth across some of the world's biggest brands, the likes of Samsung, Google, and American Express. 

Since leaving BBH, Tim moved to Sydney to start a family and has been consulting for a number of independent businesses across the globe. un-held is the platform and mission to bring all of this together. A Campaign Face to Watch, a founding member of the IPA Shadow Forum and a regular contributor to industry press, Tim has an unrivalled passion for this industry that fuels this mission.
